Running has always been one of my favorite ways to stay active and challenge myself. Throughout high school, I participated in winter and spring track, where I learned the importance of consistency, goal setting, and pushing myself to improve.
Whether a child wants to build endurance, improve sprinting, prepare for school sports, or simply stay active, lessons are tailored to their age, experience level, and goals.

When I was training at the track, my younger sister Lara often wanted to join me. Watching her become excited about running reminded me that staying active can be fun at any age.
