I first tried field hockey in 5th grade when some of my friends started taking lessons. I knew absolutely nothing about the sport, but decided to give it a chance. What started as trying something new grew into years of playing throughout middle school, high school, and club field hockey during the offseason.
Having started as a beginner, I understand the challenges and excitement of learning a new sport. Lessons are designed for players trying field hockey for the first time as well as those looking to improve existing skills and build confidence on the field.
